BACK HOME… AFTER AN AMAZING SPRING BREAK MISSION TRIP
One of the ministry tools we used while working with Georgia Mountain Resort Ministries during Spring Break was a small booklet called “The Book of Hope.” The text shares a simple yet profound answer to the following question: Who is Jesus? Throughout history people have tried to answer this question. Our best source for finding an answer to this question is the Bible. Anyone who seriously studies Scripture to learn more about Jesus must answer 2 probing questions: What do you think of Jesus Christ? And Who is he? Writer C.S. Lewis made this observation in his book Mere Christianity: You must make your choice. Either this man was and is the Son of God, or else he is a madman or something worse. You can shut him up for a fool, you can spit at him and kill him as a demon, or you can fall at his feet and call him Lord and God. But let us not come with any patronizing nonsense about his being a great human teacher. He has not left that open to us. He did not intend to. Jesus was not just a good man. He was and is the God-man. We pray that the Bible / Life Maps and other resources that we shared while in Georgia will make an eternal impact in the lives of those we came in contact with. .

APRIL 6th, 2008 – MFUGE SIGN UP DEADLINE…
If you plan to attend MFUGE ‘08 in Mobile, AL (July 7 through 12), you must pay a 50 dollar deposit on or before April 6th. If you try to pay sometime after April 6th, we may not be able to accept your money, and you may not be able to attend MFUGE ‘08. There is limited space at the camp, and there is limited space on our vans and buses. Please pay your deposit ASAP (as soon as possible). SHOW THIS REQUEST TO YOUR PARENT OR RICH UNCLE TODAY. Total cost is $285. After you pay your deposit, we will need an additional $235. Thank you so much for your financial commitment to camp. ATTENTION GRADUATING SENIORS
We have set Graduate Sunday for May 18th. Please let us know if you have any questions about this special Sunday service. Remember to sign up for the Beach Mission Trip (June 1 through 6). If more students do not sign up, this trip will have to be cancelled. The cost is 75 dollars. A 50 dollar deposit is due on May 1st. Sign up is closed after May 1st. We do not want to cancel, so please sign up. The trip will involve working with a Centri-Kid type Vacation Bible School Ministry with FBC Orange Beach. We will likely also be partnering with www.barefootbelievers.com

March 30th Youth Choir Event – A musical for Easter based on the “I Am” sayings in John’s Gospel, featuring combined Youth and Adult Choirs, this special worship service begins @1030am
